1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup almond butter
1⁄2 cup raw cacao powder
1-15 oz can of black beans, rinsed
2/3 cup gluten-free oat flour
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 - Combine all ingredients into a food processor and process until black beans are completely broken down and all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3 - Pour brownie batter into a greased 9x9 pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4 - Allow to cool for at least 20-30 minutes before slicing. Do not skip this step. Brownies will not hold together or slice well until they have fully cooled. For best results, allow to cool in the refrigerator for two hours before slicing. If you don’t mind a messy brownie, enjoy right away.
