Simple Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, or other non-dairy milk
3 medjool dates, pitted
1 serving vanilla protein powder (I used Garden of Life in this recipe)
1 cup mixed berries, frozen
2 bananas, frozen
Step 1 - Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Do not over blend as you want this to be thick and easily edible with a spoon.
Step 2 - Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
